March 27, 2010 - Placerville Speedway.  Jimmy was in action at Placerville Speedway on Saturday March 27 with the 410 Golden State Challenge.  Jimmy had a great night of racing as he competed against the 410 Sprint Cars with his 360 powered machine.      Jimmy was the top finishing 360 sprint car all night long and he did an excellent job keeping up with the big boys as he qualified with a lap of 10.296.  This was the 8th quick time of the night, and would put Jimmy on the outside front row of his heat race.      Jimmy would start on the front row and take the lead going into turn one and never looked back and won his heat race with ease.  This placed Jimmy into the Dash where he would start 6th and finished 6th place as well.      Next up for Jimmy was the Main event where he would start on the outside of row number three.  Jimmy would fall back to 8th place on lap 3 but fighting hard he would improve to 7th place on lap 5 where he would remain for 7 laps then climbing up to 6th place on lap 12 where he would run much of the race.  On lap 24 Jason Statler would make a pass and on lap 24 and Bud Kaeding would make another pass on lap 25.  One last battle on the track would be from Alissa Geving on lap 27 and on lap 28 Jimmy would pass her back.  Jimmy would finish out the night in 8th place and was the top finishing 360 in the field.
